Symptoms

The Subproject Associations for existing projects is missing in the Projects setup as well as the Project Contract Authoring Workbench.  This is in the upgrade instance where it appears the Subproject Association has not upgraded properly, thus affecting the sub association used in project contracts.

Changes

 Upgraded from 11.5.10.2 to R12
