Symptoms
The Ship Unit ID is removed from a custom Manager Layout. When an attempt to create an Order Release, the following error is encountered:
Steps to Reproduce
-------------------
1 .On the order release screen we have removed the ship unit id from ship unit tab.
2. Attempt to create a new order and on the ship unit section when clicking on the save button, the above error is encountered get the above error.
Note: If the Ship Unit ID field is made visible again, a new order can be created without error
