Symptoms
On : 12.1.2 version,
When attempting to view an Order the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM Superuser responsibility
2. Orders / Order Organizer
3. Search, Open Order number
4. Click Actions button
5. Select Preview and Print
6. See Error:
An error occured during the PDF document generation. Please contact your system Administrator.
