Symptoms

Create Accounting Completing with error:

95311 The Operating Unit segment value for the account code combination 000.000.000.0000.00000.00000.00000.000 specified in line 1 is not assigned to the ledger XXXXX. Please update the Operating Unit segment value assignments for the ledger in the Accounting Configuration page or use another Operating Unit segment value.
