Assets SLA - Cannot Create Account Derivation Rule With Mapping Set Errors With FRM-41826 (Doc ID 1510453.1)

Goal

When trying to save FA SLA account derivation rule with mapping set encounter errors when entering information into Priority region.
Able to enter mapping set Value and Input Source, but when tab to Segment Field get error:
“FRM-41826: Cannot replace group; columns don’t match LOV”
Am able to enter a value "Account" into the segment field but am given a caution note when I try to save this. After saving, if I requery the account derivation rule, system has inputted a different value into the segment field. Instead of saying "Account" it says "Spare".

The intention behind the mapping set and ADR is to retrieve a specific cost account for cost retired per asset category.
