Generating Reports Fails with: rwconverter: error while loading shared libraries: libXt.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory (Doc ID 1510729.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade to 12.1.1
When attempting to Generate Report Files through adadmin,
the following error occurs.


The following Oracle Reports objects did not generate successfully:

....
fnd reports/US FNDATREP.rdf
fnd reports/US FNDCPCRQ.rdf
fnd reports/US FNDCPPGD.rdf
fnd reports/US FNDCPPGS.rdf
fnd reports/US FNDCPRT.rdf
fnd reports/US FNDCPWK.rdf
fnd reports/US FNDCPWKM.rdf
.....

 

The error from adworker log is:

Generating report ".....rdf" with command:

$ORACLE_HOME/bin/rwconverter userid=APPS/***** source=$PRODUCT_TOP/reports/US/FNDATREP.rdf dest=$APPL_TOP/admin/<SID>/out/tmp001.rdf stype=rdffile dtype=rdffile overwrite=yes batch=yes compile_all=yes
$ORACLE_HOME/bin/rwconverter: error while loading shared libraries: libXt.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

ERROR [code=127] generating report ".....rdf" from input file
$PRODUCT_TOP/reports/US/FNDATREP.rdf


Generated    0 files successfully.
Generated    0 files with non-fatal warnings.
Generated    1 files with fatal errors.

adrepgen is exiting with status 1
