What is the Meaning of the Enforce Tax From Reference Object Flag at Configuration Owner Tax Option level in Payables?

Tax Manager\
Defaults and Controls\
Configuration Owner Tax Options\
Query the First Party Legal Entity or the Operating Unit depending on who is subscribed to the regime
Application: Payables
Event: Standard Invoice
click on go and click on view
And you will have the  field listed there:   Enforce Tax From Reference Object
