Tax Manager\
Defaults and Controls\
Configuration Owner Tax Options\
Query the First Party Legal Entity or the Operating Unit depending on who is subscribed to the regime
Application: Payables
Event: Standard Invoice
click on go and click on view
And you will have the  field listed there:   Enforce Tax From Reference Object
