After E-Business suite patching and/or converting FND_LOBS from basicfile to securefile,  the following error occurs when clicking on iHelp from E-Business:

"Topic not found"
"The requested topic could not be found."


 E-Business suite patching was performed and/or FND_LOBS was converted from basicfile to securefile.
