ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Secondary quantity is not changed on the sales order line when the primary quantity is changed.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that Secondary and pricing quantity should change whenever there is a change in ordered quantity.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User
2. Enter Order header and lines information
3. Update the ordered qty and see that secondary qty is not changed.
