When defining a security profile with security type as "Secure organizations by single operating" an error occurs when accessing any module (Payables, Projects, etc.) :

Oracle error -20001: ORA-20001: APP-FND-02901: You do not have access privilege to any operating unit. Please check if your profile option MO: Security Profile includes any operating unit or the profile option MO: Operating Unit is set has been detected in MO_GLOBAL_INT.

- When the user sets the profile options "MO: Operating Unit" and "MO: Default Operating Unit", the information for all other operating units is available. To prevent this, the user is trying to set up the security profile.

  - In the Security Profile, the Business Group is the same as the Start Organization in Projects Implementation. However, they is no Operating Units in this hierarchy, the Operating Units are separate and NOT contained in the hierarch.

How can customer accomplish their security needs as listed above with the security profile functionality given their hierarchy setup?
