Symptoms
When attempting to close inventory month end period, that spawns execution of Period Close Reconciliation report (CSTRPCRE module) , the concurrent request failed with the following error occurs.
ERROR

MSG-00000: Run to date is unspecified. Defaulting to 31-OCT-12
MSG-00000: calling summarization package
MSG-02000: Failure in summarization package.
MSG-00999: 100: User-Defined Exception
MSG-00999: CSTRPCRE >X Wed Nov 7 10:58:31 2012
REP-0771: After Form trigger failed.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Responsibility: Inventory
2. Change the organization to SAB
3. Navigate to Accounting close cycle-->Inventory Accounting Periods
4. Change the status of the Open period to Close.
