Order Import Error - Item Validation Resulted in Error

On : 12.1.1 version, Transaction Entry

The issue has occurred with a few internal orders and are related to newly created location.
When running 'Order Import' to import internal sales orders, the following error occurs,

Item Validation Resulted in error(s).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM Superuser > Order Import
