ERROR: The Agreement Currency Code is not valid.

Using PA_AGREEMENT_PUB.Create_Agreement
Error when trying to create a new agreement for a project using API

Example:
 1. Functional Currency : BRL
 2. Project currency : EUR
 3. Agreement Currency : EUR
