How to achieve Estimated Departure Time to have the same value as Actual Arrival Time (Doc ID 1513173.1)

Goal

A Shipment has 2 stops. Client adds a Arrived Event to a Shipment on Stop 2 with Event date say ->2012-11-13. They navigate to the Stops tab of the second stop and see that the Actual Arrival Time is correctly displaying 2012-11-13. However the Estimated Departure Time displays the current system date (ie 2012-11-14). Expectation is that Estimated Departure Time to have the same value as Actual Arrival Time. How to achieve this requirement?
