Number of recipients is restricted to Five in Notifications window of SSWA
While creating a report, added 11 recipients. Once the report ran, reviewed the notifications and it truncated the list of names
and only showed five people. Only those five received the email notification. The problem does not occur in the Forms-based
notification UI. Only in SSWA.
