Unavailability Of Update Allows Field in GTM RefNum Qualifiers (Doc ID 1518228.1)

With respect to Reference Number Qualifiers of GTM Objects like Trade transaction Refnum qualifier, Trade transaction line refnum qualifier, Quantity Qualifier, Value Qualifier, etc, we do not see the field: Update Allows which is seen in OTM RefNum qualifiers for say Order Base, Order Release etc.

Because of this limitation,  there is no option to override the existing value with the new updated value. By default OTM/GTM is considering “Update Allows” condition as Many as per OTM defined Refnum qualifiers.

Is this as designed? Also is there any workaround to overcome this limitation?
