Goal

We need to remove the ‘Transfer’ radio button on the Vacation Rule setup Screen since the Transfer button errors out with the following error when selected in certain notifications:

Automatic Route failed. 3138: Action cannot be performed on this notification: WFSRV_NO_DELEGATE
