Goal

 The goal of this document is to help clients using Oracle Transportation Management ( OTM ) to collect some of the files typically requested when a service request has been logged with Oracle.

Note: This script is available for use for OTM Instances running on Linux and Solaris. Our development group indicates this script should work for OTM instances running on AIX and HPUX and Windows with Cygwin installed.
