Goal
This document aims to explain the timezone configuration in an Email Center Implementation.
This document will help to address issues, where Email Timestamps appear incorrect in Email Center.
Note:
For Release 12 or greater, Customers are highly encouraged to replace their OES install with an IMAP compliant mail server. Since OES 5.2 has been officially desupported since 2004.

This note uses OES as the Email Server, if needed confirm timezone/timestamps, with the IMAP compliant mail server used on site.
