Symptoms

Attempting to save a transaction and receive the following error:

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-00907

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigation:  Transactions > Transactions
Enter the Header details
Click on the Line button and enter the details and save
