Symptoms

When attempting to delete an Objective, the following error occurs:

ERROR

You cannot delete this objective as it is aligned to other objectives


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self Service - Talent Management
2. Set Objectives
3. Delete the Objective
