When correcting assignment organization get "APP-PAY-07031: The setting of original_entry_id is invalid" (Doc ID 1526572.1)

Symptoms

 When try to "Delete Next Change" within the assignment form as follows :

 

Navigation ->People-> Enter & Maintain -> query person ->assignment -> Date track back to before the change you want to delete > Click red x 
Select : "delete next change".  The following error is thrown.

 "APP-PAY-07031: The setting of original_entry_id is invalid".
