Unable to Perform DB.XML OR CSV Export on REPORT Table (Doc ID 1527596.1)

Symptoms

 When attempting to do a Data export on REPORT table throws error , the following error occurs.

 -- Error
The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

 -- Steps
 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.

1. Navigate to Business Process Automation > Data Export >CSV Export
2. Leave the defaults click run (Defaults listed below)
Export Object Type = Export Table
Output Destination = Browser
Run Job in Background = N
Use Select List = N

3. Input the following:
Command = xcsv
Table Name = REPORT
Exclude Public = Y
Where Clause = report_gid = 'Domain_name.Report'
Note: Can be left blank as well for the Where Clause

4. Click Run error is generated.
