STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Order Release in OTM.
2. From the ORder Release click on Actions > Operational Planning > Create Buy Shipment > Manual
3. Enter the details as needed including the time from the time of carrying out the action to the time the order must be delivered by.
4. The error is seen.
