Symptoms

When attempting to add Repair Order details or actuals from estimates or manually entering actuals for repair orders in the repair workbench (CSDREPLN), the following error occurs:

Error

FRM-40735: WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062

or

FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062.

or

FRM-40735: PRE-FORM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062.

or similar


Steps To Reproduce

  1. Connect to the Depot Repair Responsibility.
  2. Navigate to the Repair Order screen.
  3. Create a Service Request or query back an existing Service Request
  4. Attempt to enter Repair Order detail or click on the Repair Actuals tab
