Manager Layout 'TRANSPORT_MODE' does not Display Servlet Or Manager Layout Name in the General Tab. (Doc ID 1529487.1)

Symptoms

On OTM version 6.2.7 when attempting to copy and save a Scree Set based on 'TRANSPORT_MODE' the General tab has no information (when first opened) and therefore no changes can be saved.
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Please enter either a view Servlet or a view Manager Layout ID".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 - Logged onto an internal OTM 6.2 system.

2 - Navigated to: Configuration and Administration > User Configuration > Screen Set Manager.

3 - Searched for and copied Screen Set 'TRANSPORT_MODE'.

4 - Entered the ID.

5 - Using the buttons at the base of each tab moved through to the General Tab.

6 - Unticked NEW and EDIT.

7 - Noted all of the servlet and Manager Layout fields were blank.

8 - Clicked Finished and the following error was displayed:

"Please enter either a view Servlet or a view Manager Layout ID".

However none were populated initially.
