Symptoms
Customer on release 12 of the E-Business suite reports the following problem:
As per note How To Enable/Disable "Submit Another Request ?" Decision Window While Submitting a Report in Purchasing Module (Document 361830.1), setting this profile should work as follows:
Profile Option "Concurrent: Show Requests Summary After Each Request" controls the behaviour of the application after request submission:
If set to Yes, the View Requests form displayed.
If set to No, the Decision Window displayed.
Based on this note, customer sets the profile to "Y" at Site level. It works as expected when request is submitted using System Administrator responsibility. Submitting a request through any other responsibility (i.e. Bills of Material) it doesn't work.
