Enter Receipts Form Errors With RVTSH-140 and RVTSH-189 (Doc ID 1530529.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to enter receipt, via Enter Receipts form, the following error occurs:

    ERROR
    -----------------------
    "rvtptcontrol failed.
    RVTSH-140: Subroutine rvtshiline() returned error.
    RVTSH-189: Subroutine rvtshiline() returned error."

Stesp to Reproduce

Nav: PO Resp > Receiving > Receipts

  1. In Find Expected Receipts query Item or supplier
  2. Enter quantity, subinventory, change receipt date in Receipt Headers and save
  3. Without close saved receipt header fom, go to Find for query another record
  4. Enter data with following sequence
      a. quantity
      b. subinventory
      c. change receipt date in Receipt Headers
  5. Save and error occurs

If change receipt date first, the issue will not occurred.
