Funds Check Inquiry in GL (GLXIQFUN.fmb) showing double budget amounts.
There are BC Project Accounting Lines with same budget amount which appear to be the cause of overage

- problem only 1 cost center that has this problem 0935 and account 1450.
- balances in projects is correct
- outage seems to be caused by an amount
