Symptoms
When a Shipment Event is entered that is earlier than the current Estimated time of the stop, this is not updating the Operational Early Time of the downline Order Movement to reflect the new time of the upline shipment. Instead OTM, is declaring the following and stopping from performing the update.
Due to this, the planning of the downline Order Movement is now using the incorrect Operational Early time and creating a shipment with incorrect times.
