Symptoms

According to OTM help, once a consol is closed its shipment is no longer eligible orders to be planned on. However OTM plans an order release into a closed consol and also displayed the closed consol as a valid option when using the "Build Buy Shipment - Show Consol Options"

OTM should not plan an order release into a closed consol and also it should not display he closed consol as a valid option when using the "Build Buy Shipment - Show Consol Options"
