Symptoms


 When attempting utilize standard IPP Printing functionality in OTM , the following error occurs.

 -- Error
oracle.apps.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: For input string: "631http

 -- Expected Behavior
 That the document would be sent to the printer and the document would be printed
