"FRM-41072 Cannot create group APPCORE_RG_QUERY" Error In Forms Personalizations Builtin Create Group From Query When SQL Statement Exceeds 2000 Characters (Doc ID 1532518.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2  and 12.1 version, Transactions Workbench - Form Personalizations Related

Attempting to create a Form Personalization for Transactions Workbench from Oracle Receivables and entering a SQL statement in 'Argument' field for Create Record Group from Query builtin type.

If the length of the SQL statement is more than 2000 characters, after pressing 'Apply now' button, the following error is returned:
"FRM-41072 Cannot create group APPCORE_RG_QUERY"
If the length of the SQL statement in 'Argument' field is below 2000 characters.

If the record group is created successfully.

Note:  This applies to other forms where the SQL statement exceeds 2000 characters.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Create a builtin type from personalizations action.
2.  Select 'Create Record Group from Query' builtin type.
3.  Enter a SQL statement with a length larger than 2000 characters in the 'Argument' field.
4.  It returns the error: "FRM-41072 Cannot create group APPCORE_RG_QUERY" error.
