New Item request with copying from existing item in Error  

Error Message - Role already granted to the Grantee or Role Grant dates overlap with already existing Grant

Steps
1. Development manager > Item Catalog > Create engineering items
2. Create new item using Copy item Feature
3. Click Continue > Finish
4. Below error is shown on the screen
