Symptoms
On 12.1.3
User computers are:
- WINDOWS XP AND 32-BIT
- MICROSOFT Office 10 AND 32-BIT
FSG program completes successfully and generates an xml file.
Publishing FSGs to Excel takes 15-20 minutes to open.
The FSGs are published successfully, but It should not take this long.
