WebADI Error During Upload - The Content Menu Has Been Disabled (Doc ID 1535359.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to upload journal entries and a specific user sees the following display on the screen:

Message seen on the webpage: “The content menu has been disabled”

STEPS:
--------
1) Using a General Ledger responsibility.
2) Navigate to Journals > Launch Journal Wizard.
3) Create a new Journal template and enter journal data needing to be uploaded.
4) Submit the Upload request and note the error generated as noted above.
