Error while using browser back button in Customer Support Specialist (Doc ID 1535422.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version

When attempting to use the internet browser "back" button to navigate in Customer Support Specialist,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

You cannot complete this task because you accessed this page using the browser's navigation buttons (the browser Back button, for example).To proceed, please select the Home link at the top of the application page to return to the main menu. Then, access this page again using the application's navigation controls (menu, links, and so on) instead of using the browser's navigation controls like Back and Forward.


Steps
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Customer Support Specialist > Agent Dashboard

2. Input Customer Name on Create Service Request region, and hit Go.

3. Input required information. Hit Apply to complete the creation and then the Update SR page comes up.

4. Click Back button on IE browser to go back to the previous page.

5. Error occurs when users try to hit Apply :

Error: Cannot Display Page
