Symptoms

When attempting to do Order Import
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Message :Validation failed for the field - Ship To

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Populate the data in Order Import Interface tables
  2.  Go to Order Management responsibility and Run Order Import
  3.  Notice Order Import completed in Error
  4.  Go to Orders, Returns> Import Orders>Corrections
  5.  Query the Record by Order Source and Order Reference,as appropriate
  6.  Select the Record and click on Errors and notice the error message as above
