This problem usually happens for Linux x86-64 platforms.

Goal

On the Alert / Define form (ALRALERT.fmb),
when clicking on the Verify button, the following error appears:
FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup: This could happen due to invalid configuration. Please look into web-server.log for details.
