Cannot Cancel Or Finally Close A Purchase Order When Landed Cost Management Shipment Exists

Symptoms
In Purchase Order (PO) form (POXPOVPO) when user tries to Cancel or Finally Close a PO linked to a LCM Shipment, the action is not allowed and the following error occurs:
ERROR
Error:Line #x Shipment #y Open ASN exists against this shipment. (PO_CAN_POL_WITH_ASN)
or Error:Line #x Shipment #y Open ASN exists agianst this shipment. (PO_CAN_POH_WITH_ASN)
or
You cannot cancel this document because open ASN exists against this document.
or
You cannot finally close this schedule because open ASNs exist.
STEPS
1. Navigate to Purchasing > Purchase Orders (POs) were created and approved
2. LCM Shipments has already been defined for those POs
3. LCM Shipments has already been received for those POs
4. Navigate to Inventory > Transactions > Receiving
5. Receiving Corrections have been performed for those POs
6. Navigate to Purchasing > Purchase Orders (POs) > Trying to Cancel PO lines is not allowed
