Symptoms

In Purchase Order form (POXPOVPO) when user tries to Cancel or Finally Close a PO linked to a LCM Shipment, the action is not allowed and the following error occurs:

Error:Line #x Shipment #y Open ASN exists against this shipment. (PO_CAN_POL_WITH_ASN)
or Error:Line #x Shipment #y Open ASN exists agianst this shipment. (PO_CAN_POH_WITH_ASN)

or

You cannot cancel this document because open ASN exists against this document.

or

You cannot finally close this schedule because open ASNs exist.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- POs were created and approved
- LCM Shipments has already been defined for those POs
- LCM Shipments has already been received for those POs
- Receiving Corrections have been performed for those POs
- Trying to Cancel PO lines is not allowed
