Transactions are Allowed for Canceled and Closed RMA Lines / RMA Cancelled However It is Available For Delivery on Receiving Transactions Form RCVTXERT (Doc ID 1539129.1)

Find Some RMA order lines have been Cancelled however they are available for delivery on Receiving Transactions form RCVTXERT.


Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) In OM responsibility
Sales Orders  form shows
Closed RMA Number <RMA NUM>
Line <LINE NUM>  has status Cancelled

2) In Purchasing Responsibility
Receiving / Receiving Transactions
RCVTXERT form  shows for RMA <RMA NUM> / Receipt <RECEIPT NUM>
1 record still available to be delivered , destination Type Inventory for quantity 250 , Parent Type = Accept 

Other symptoms may be
1) RMA created and booked
Perform Receive transaction (do not perform Deliver transaction)
Perform Return to Customer
Perform Correction transaction
>>>>> RMA Line is Closed (and appears to have been Closed when Correction was returned)

2) RMA is still available on Receiving Transaction form for Delivery but the transaction fails with the following error:
