Goal
Bursting program failing with the following message:
--Exception
File $INST_TOP/apps/logs/appl/conc/out/oxxxxx.out is not accessible from node/machine .
oracle.apps.fnd.cp.request.FileAccessException: File $INST_TOP/apps/logs/appl/conc/out/oxxxxx.out is not accessible from node/machine .
