Symptoms
Concurrent Requests are failing with SQL*Loader-101. Restart of the Concurrent Manager is a workaround which helps for some time. It is observed that the FNDSM log filling up quickly and reach to 2 GB and then the programs starting to fail. This might also prevent you from doing certain control functions like start and stop from "Administer Screen".
