SLA Assets AAD: Stuck With Status Of "Validating": APP-XLA-95508 &COMPONENT_NAME Used By Event Class (Doc ID 1542360.1)

Symptoms

XLAABACR - Validate Application Accounting Definitions was initially running and was manually terminated mid-run.

Now all the Event Classes shown in the SLA setup forms for the Assets AAD show a Validation Status of "Validating" but it is confirmed that no validate processes are actually running.

If anything is attempted to be updated in the SLA setup the form errors with:

APP-XLA-95508 &COMPONENT_TYPE - &COMPONENT_NAME is used by
the event class &EVENT_CLASS_NAME and event type &EVENT_TYPE_NAME in the application accounting definition XXXXXX. The assignments for this event class and event type are being validated.
Please wait until the validation process finishes.

Not possible to either start the validate process again through the form or from Other > Requests >Run: Validate Application Accounting Definitions
