Does Search Functionality Exist In Configurator Without Using A Configurator Extension?
(Doc ID 1542432.1)

Applies to:
Oracle Configurator - Version 12.1.3 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
On Configurator (CZ) Build 12.1.3.31.6, Customer needs the ability to search function within Guided Selling Session to filter out the options limited to the options matching the pattern in search, like other search engines available in other Oracle modules.
Example
+++++++++++++
Option Class - Widget ( Assume there are 3000+ options)
WDG1134 - AA
WDG1224 - BB
WDG1334 - CC
WDG1135 - DD
So in the guided selling session users want to search like "%113% "Search(B)" and in the result they want to see WDG1134 & WDG1135 as their final choices.
Is there a standard way to do this without writing a Configurator Extension (CX)?
