Subject Of FYI Notification In iRecruitment Is Not Correct (Doc ID 1542883.1)

Symptoms

The FYI Notification subject is incorrect when creating a vacancy. 


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Create Vacancy Review Page showing approvers and FYI –

2) All the approvers approves the vacancy

3) Now the FYI notification goes for the person

4) Now Check the FYI notification, the subject is similar to the Approval notification

  "Create Vacancy xxxx for yyyyy , zzzz requires approval "
