Unable To Add User To Group In Advanced Product Catalog

Find that users are unable to add one 'Person' to one of the PLM groups in Advanced Product Catalog, even if the user has been set up correctly. When trying to add the person to a pre-existing group, the person name does not appear.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to: Development Manager
2. Navigate to: People > People, Groups & Companies > My Groups
3. Select Group
4. Add Member
5. Search for User name using wildcards.
6. See the specific user is not found.
