Symptoms

When user is trying to return to the supplier goods from 'RCVTXERE' form it is showing error:

Error rvtptcontrol failed
RVTTH-115H

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a) Navigate to Receiving / Returns form 
b) Search for PO Number 
c) Return to supplier 
d) Get error RVTTH-115H
