Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version,

When attempting to create appraisals in Mass Appraisal Creation, the following error occurs.

ORA-20001: PER_52454_APR_INVALID_END: in automatic Mass Appraisal Creation



STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create Appraisal template from HR Professional responsibility (include Future Terminated employees).
2. Create from the same responsibility (Performance management) pmp plan / Mass Appraisal Creation.
3. Error in log file of Mass Appraisal Creation only for employees that have effective_end_date.
