Unable To Find A WSDL That Has A Definition For Service Error As Per Integrating Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 With Oracle BPEL In Oracle SOA Suite 11g (Doc ID 1545440.1)

Symptoms

As per Integrating Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 with Oracle BPEL in Oracle SOA Suite 11g R1 (Doc ID 1321776.1)
Section 4.3.6.1 Create Connection Objects to the Oracle E-Business Suite Instance on the Command Line,

While running the below command,
ant -f EbsBpelMasterBuild11g.xml -Dadapters=multiple po_otm

the following error is observed:

[deployComposite] ---->response code=500, error:There was an error deploying the composite on AdminServer: Deployment Failed: Unable to find a WSDL that has a definition for service {http://xmlns.oracle.com/PoSendPoToOtm}ServicePO and port PoSendPoToOtm_pt.  Please make sure that the port attribute for the binding defined in the composite file is correct by checking the namespace, service name, and port name.  In addition, check that the WSDL associated with the binding namespace is imported and currently reachable (check the import nodes at the top of the composite file). Finally, validate the HTTP proxy settings for the server..
